A collection of heart charms have been suspended on an antique 18 karat yellow gold chain by Fred Leighton. The central heart features old European cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.85 carats mounted in platinum. A heart in green enamel features a bow motif set with a total of approximately 0.05 carat of rose cut diamonds mounted in silver and 18 karat yellow gold. Another heart in green and white enamel is mounted in 9 karat yellow gold. All hearts, circa 1900. The antique 18 karat gold chain measures 18 inches in length, circa 1890s.
